What is UPVC Spraying?
Upper Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) Spraying is the process of applying a protective coating to existing parts of a building. This leaves your UPVC more durable and hard wearing in all weathers as well as looking refreshed and good as new. It is a far more cost effective way of changing the look of your home or business premises than replacing.
Do you only spray uPVC?
No, we also spray aluminium doors, roller shutters and other things made from aluminium. We also respray wood, and certain plastics.
What can you spray?
As well as windows and doors, we also spray porches, conservatories, soffits and fascia’s. We can also change the colour of your kitchens and bedroom and bathroom furniture. Commercially, we can spray shop, office and restaurant fronts, shutters and signage.
How long is the drying time?
Items will be touch dry in a matter of hours, and be fully hardened in 7 hours (please always check with your on site spraying professional)

Our Approach to Spraying
Preparation
Depending on what is to be sprayed, preparation can take up to 2 hours. Before spraying we have a three stage preparation procedure for each window, door or panel. This involves thoroughly cleaning all surfaces that are due to be sprayed, followed by light scuffing to aid the grip of the paint. The final stage which is to fully degrease and remove any dust.
We then move on to taping each edge of all windows, doors or panel; making sure any exposed gasket or rubber Is protected and not sprayed as these will eventually fail and flake if sprayed.
Execution
Once all the area to be sprayed is fully prepared we then move on to protecting the surrounding areas, making sure no over spray will mark any walls, render, or cars.
Spraying then takes place using our specialist equipment and the highest quality materials.
Completion
Spraying is completed using 3 to 4 coats and due to the specialised nature of the paint the drying time in between coats is approximately 10 mins. The final drying time, when you are able to close your windows or doors is 1 hour after spraying and the paint is full cured within 6 to7 hours; this is when it reaches it full durability.
Inspection &
Quality Control
On completion of the above procedures, we conduct a final inspection to ensure all work is to the customers satisfaction.
